1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments exclusively through Unified Payments Interface (UPI). All transactions are processed securely via trusted UPI platforms (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.).
2. Secure Transactions
We do not collect, store, or process any sensitive payment information such as UPI IDs, passwords, PINs, or bank account details. All payment processing is handled directly by the UPI app or platform you use.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your UPI payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact our support team.
4. Failed or Pending Transactions
If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed:

Please wait 30–60 minutes; sometimes UPI transactions are delayed.

If the issue persists, contact us with the transaction ID, payment time, and amount paid. We will verify and assist promptly.
5. Refunds
In case of payment errors, cancellations, or returns, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original UPI account within 5–7 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution
For any payment-related disputes, you may reach out to our customer service. We aim to resolve issues efficiently and fairly.
